We started construction on this land in 2006. It took a long time of two years to complete the construction. On 4th January 2009 we shifted our clinic to the new hospital building named NETRAJYOTI. It is a fairly big structure having five floors, each floor having an area of 3,500 sq. ft. The ground floor is for community ophthalmology, entire first floor is general OPD. One half of the 2nd floor is a Retina Clinic while the other half is for accounts and administrative work. Third floor houses general ward and cabins. And the 4th floor accommodates four operation theatres (three for normal and one for infectious cases), preparation cum recovery area, changing rooms for doctors, female and male technicians, autoclave and ETO rooms, stores etc.
